Qué decepción. Este libro lo recomendó una conocida líder de opinión en Chile en una de sus conferencias. Mi percepción es que este manuscrito está escrito en un 80% por un asistente de IA; está lleno de palabras de moda sin sustancia. De vez en cuando se alcanza a escuchar la voz y la experiencia de la autora gracias a alguna historia personal o punto de vista. Pero los resúmenes genéricos con viñetas están por todas partes.
Lo único que me dejó algo en qué pensar fueron sus aprendizajes al investigar a futuristas y tendencias, junto con los dos apéndices. Quizás, solo quizás, saques algún valor de este libro si la IA y el futuro son un tema completamente nuevo para ti, pero digo quizás porque hay mejores libros para empezar. Por ejemplo, The Age of AI and Our Human Future de Kissinger, H. et al. (2022).
What a disappointment. This book was recommended by a known thought leader in Chile in one of her conferences. My perception is that this manuscript is 80% written by an AI assistant; it's full of buzzwords with no substance. Once in a while you can hear the voice and experience of the author thanks to a personal story or point of view. But the generic summaries with bullet points are everywhere.
The only part that got me some food for thought were her learnings from researching futurists and trends, together with the two Appendixes. Maybe, just maybe you will get some value from this book if AI and the future is a subject completely new for you, but I say maybe because there are better books to start on this. e.g., The Age of AI and Our Human Future by Kissinger, H. et al.
